YOUR AGREEMENT & NOMINATION:

By nominating for this event, entrants and car-owners confirm they understand the specifications, rules and regulations per the current Speedcars Australia Race Rules, Regulations and Specifications, the Speedway Australia Racing Rules, those imposed on them by the event venue, and the above nomination pack supplementary regulations.
​
This event will be conducted under the rules and regulations stipulated by Speedcars Australia including the possibility of engine, fuel and weight testing throughout the event. It is understood that drug and alcohol testing may be conducted at any time, per Speedway Australia's ‘Drug & Alcohol Policy’ and 'Drug & Alcohol Testing Procedures'. Failure by any person/s including driver, owner and crew to comply with these and all Speedcars Australia rules and regulations may result in the exclusion of the car/driver from this event.
Competitors enter at their own risk and must meet personal accident insurance obligations as per Speedway Australia requirements.
NOMINATION FEE PAYMENT INFORMATION

All monies must be received by the closure dates detailed below:

Primary Car Nomination Fee submitted and paid by midnight (WST) Sunday 25th February 2024: $430.00

Spare Car Nomination Fee: Add $100.00 to Primary Car Fee ($530.00 total)​

Late Fee (nominations received from Monday 26th February 2024): Add $100.00

Late Fee and penalty (nominations received after 5pm (WST) Monday 4th March 2024): Add $100.00 and the competitor will start ‘Rear of Field’ in their first two heats as per the Speedcars Australia Racing Manual. NOTE: late nominations will be accepted only upon agreement with the Promoter where impacting programmed events.

NOMINATION GATE ENTRY PASSES

All nominated Speedcar drivers and three (3) crew members will receive free entry into the venue for the two (2) nights of competition.

Once your nomination has been submitted and payment made, your racer/crew tickets will then be directly emailed to you. (tickets can also be accessed via the Print Tickets menu of the Perth Motorplex Online Entry System).

You can also order additional passes for friends and family at discounted prices.

All crew entering under an allocated nomination ticket MUST have a current Speedway Australia licence. Driver and Crew will need to present their Speedway Australia licence and sign-in at the pit area scrutineering shed on both nights.
