Rule Change submissions via your local club close 31st January 2021. The editable rule change submission form is available online at

Proposed rule changes can be submitted at any time during the season to your state club, but all submissions received by Speedcars Australia after 31 January will roll into season 21/22 voting.

The date structure for submission and voting is as follows: - SUBMISSION CLOSURE DATE (BY CLUBS): 31st January. - DISTRIBUTION OF VOTING LINKS TO ALL SPEEDCARS AUSTRALIA MEMBERS (CAR OWNERS): 28th February. - ONLINE VOTING CLOSES: 31st March.

Please ensure all fields are completed as submission and voting dates will be not adjusted to accommodate any errors or incomplete submissions received. Where a submission is deemed unsuitable for voting due to poor documentation, the submission will be returned to the club with notification to the submitter via email. Submissions loaded or corrected after the allocated closure date cut-off each year (31 Jan) will automatically carry to the following season.

All technical rule change submissions will be vetted by the Speedcars Australia Secretary for compliance to the mandatory content requirements detailed in the form. All technical (specification) rule change submission content will also be vetted by the Speedcars Advisory Committee (SAC).
