SIX CROWN SPEEDCAR SERIES:

In season 2017-2018, the 'Six Crown Speedcar Series' is expected to continue to entertain spectators across the country! In conjunction with Speedway Australia, a 5,000 series purse is up for grabs for the top three in overall points after six rounds. This driver-based points series (i.e. points are earned by the competitor, not the car/s) provides opportunity for all States to showcase interstate competitors for their State Championships! The six rounds are scheduled as follows:

 

2017-2018 SIX CROWN SPEEDCAR SERIES ROUNDS:

Round One:           Monday 1st January 2018 - WINNER: ADAM CLARKE, NSW

                                 New South Wales Speedcar Championship, Valvoline Raceway, Parramatta NSW

​

Round Two:           Sunday 7th January 2018 - WINNER: TRAVIS MILLS, VIC

                                 Victorian Speedcar Championship, Sungold Stadium - Premier Speedway, Warrnambool VIC

​

Round Three:        Saturday 3rd February 2018 - WINNER: DAYNE KINGSHOTT, WA

                                 South Australian Speedcar Championship, Murray Machining & Sheds Speedway, Murray Bridge SA

 

Round Four:          Saturday 17th February 2018 - WINNER: LUKE REDPATH, TAS

                                 Tasmanian Speedcar Championship, Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway, Latrobe TAS
 

Round Five:           Saturday 17th March 2018 - WINNER: DAYNE KINGSHOTT, WA

                                 Western Australian Speedcar Championship, Perth Motorplex, Kwinana WA
 

Round Six:             Saturday 31st March & Sunday 1st April 2018 - WINNER: TROY WARE, QLD

                                 Queensland Speedcar Championship Fraser Shores Maryborough Speedway, Maryborough QLD

This season, Speedcars Australia Inc will again offset the transport costs for mainland cars attending the Tasmanian Speedcar Championship at Gulf Western & Independent Oils Raceway, Latrobe! A standalone Speedcars Australia Inc. transport grant has been established. Competitors & Car Owners are advised to contact Karen Henri of the Tasmanian Speedcar Drivers Association (TSDA) via tas_speedcars@outlook.com, for information or to register your interest and initiate transport plans. Early planning is critical to attending at minimal cost.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: To enable payment of tow money, car owners are requested to email bank details to SpeedcarsAUS@gmail.com before or immediately after each event. Tow money will not be paid in advance of an event being run. 

​
